<u>Procedures</U><br>
1] Kindly wait for our invoice after you had emailed us, we will reply in 3 working days.<br>
2] Invoice will include item price, discounted price, postage/shipping quotation and our bank account details.<br>
3] Choose your postage/shipment mode and proceed with the payment to our bank account. Payment is expected to be paid in 3 days.<br>
4] After we confirmed with your payment, we will mail your items out within 3 working days<br><br>

<u>Local Postage</U><br>
Basic postage price:<br>
All items will be sent as non-standard mail. All postage includes handling fees.<br>
We are not responsible for any lost mails for non-registered ones.<br>
i] $0.80 -  small, very light accessories <br>
ii] $1 - normal small items, most postage price starts from here <br>
iii] $1.50 - light clothings<br>
iv] $2 - heavier clothings to medium size items<br>
v] $3.50 - dresses, jumpers, one-piece, etc <br>
vi] $5 - winter clothings, shoes + box <br><br>

Special postage price:(Registered) <br>
We recommend Registered as mails can be tracked. To register, costs $2.24 more.<br>
<br>

<u>Meet-up</U><br>
1] NO meet-ups for every items, unless stated.<br>
2] Meet-up only for purchase more than $50. Before meet-up, arrangement need to be done first thru SMS contact.<br>
3] Areas for meet-up can be at, Punggol MRT,LRT & Seng Kang MRT. Other places can be arranged at both buyer & seller's convenience.<br>
4] Transport fee will be charged if meetup at non-convenience place, fees start from $2 onwards.<br><br>

<u>Reservation</u><br>
1] Min. 25% deposit is needed for reservation of items for 1 month.<br>
2] Min. 50% deposit is needed for reservation of items for 2 months.<br>
3] You need to give an approximate date of when you are paying full amount.<br><br>

- Basically, one who do not keep their promises.

- We strictly do not refund or exchange any items after it is purchased.<br>
- We do not refund or exchange if items sent out by normal mail (non-registered) is broken due to harsh handling by the post office crews<br>
- We recommend all buyers to check item first before paying during meetups.<br>
- We recommend all buyers to check item on the day of receiving, if any faults kindly take a picture and send it to use before you try the product.<br>
- We will only be responsible for items that have manufacturing faults.
